I unzipped and launched installer. When I try to launch it says "The program can't start because XAPOFX1_5.dll" is missing from your computer.

Help. I get to the point of running UDK, and the game is only a menu with 'start game', 'graphics' and so on. whenever i start game or continue, theres the firework loading screen and then i only get back to the same menu. No game. I get a blank black screen if i 'esc' at the menu, and footstep sounds if i use the arrow keys. Any help?
